No Booth Setup or Staffing

We don’t rent booths. All inventory is presented as luxury goods and integrated into rooms styled like those in a home, each in a different popular design style – no setup, teardown, upkeep, or coverage needed.

 Boosted Credibility and Brand Awareness

We showcase you and your items with QR codes that can link to your site, story, or socials — and we actively promote our vendors as part of our brand narrative. Because we’re based in Frankenmuth, Michigan — a destination visited by millions each year – your work gets seen not only by passionate design lovers and locals, but also by a steady stream of tourists eager to discover unique, meaningful pieces and places.

❓ FAQ SECTION

Q: How much does it cost to be part of Then Is Now?
A: $250/month + 15% commission. Special rates and commissions for wall art and Contributors with limited stock – email for details. Your participation fee could be lowered in some cases (see application).

Q: Do I need to restock every week? A: Not at all. We communicate when restocking is needed and work with your schedule. Find something great or complete a project? Let us know.

Q: Can I be featured in your marketing? A: Absolutely. We love highlighting makers and pickers in our videos, QR tags, and social content.

Q: What if I sell online already? A: Great! We’ll promote your links via QR code in-store and send traffic your way.

Q: What types of items sell best: A: Vintage home goods, handmade or upcycled decor, curated collections, small furniture, art, and nostalgic items.
